Age, it's a natural part of life. But just because you’re getting older doesn't mean you have to look like it. With a few simple steps anyone can look and feel younger than they actually are. One of the biggest steps someone can take in the battle against age is to lead a healthy lifestyle. Anti-aging health is all about your lifestyle, eating habits, fitness, and a number of other factors which can affect how well a person ages. Maintaining such a lifestyle requires a certain level of commitment and dedication.

Eat Those Vegetables

A major step in combating age is committing to healthy eating habits. It's important not to indulge too much on one food or another, especially when it contains a lot of fat or grease. Each person is individual in their dietary needs, and it's a good idea to find out that which best suits you, and you can find many books that will help you to determine which foods will be most beneficial for your body type. But generally speaking, a healthy cycle of fruits, vegetables, and grain along with moderate portions of meat is suggested for those wishing to live a more healthy life. Dietary needs are key to slowing the aging process to some extent, and the more efficient and healthy your body, the less work it requires to do its job.

Choosing a lifestyle

Another very important step in anti-aging health is lifestyle habits. Things like smoking, excessive alcohol consumption and some eating disorders can all affect the way a person ages. Smoking for instance inhibits the body’s ability to process oxygen, preventing the body from feeding your cells. It is direly important that any person concerned with their health and especially their age, maintain healthy lifestyle habits.

Exercise is perhaps one of the most important factors concerning anti-aging health. Exercise in moderation gives the body numerous benefits like more efficient blood flow, healthier muscles, increased bone stability, and even oxygen to the brain is increased during exercise. Anyone concerned with anti-aging health should be prepared to set an exercise regiment. It is important to be willing to stick with this regiment after you start; just occasionally going to the gym doesn't count.

Anti aging health is a big question these days, not only do people want to look good, but they do not want the side-effects that come with traditional anti aging health practices like cosmetic surgery, and botox injections.

I completely agree with this myself, I almost tried a medical anti aging method years ago, but I changed my mind at the last minute, and decided to go a natural route instead.

Using only the best natural skincare products is one of the wisest choices you can make, because they have no side-effects, and they really nurture your skin.

The only downside is that they can sometimes take a bit longer to show results, so you will have to keep applying them a few weeks or even a few months to start seeing results, but once the results start, you will be happy that you did, this happened to me.

The thing that you really have to be on the lookout for are harmful ingredients, and these are present in almost all skincare products out there today, things like fragrances, dioxanes, and parabens can cause big problems down the road.

Collagen and elastin are two important skin proteins that are really crucial to get more of. You see, when we're younger, we have an abundance of collagen and elastin, but when we age we start getting less and less of them.

You cannot apply collagen and elastin topically, because your skin cannot absorb it, the protein molecules are too big. You also cannot take it as a supplement, because it has not been proven to be effective, so that would be a waste of money.

Here are the 4 steps that will make your skin look 7 years younger or more (at least they worked for me!).

1. Diet - Yup, I said it, food. This is one of the biggest anti aging help tips that I can share with you. When you really understand this one, your health, and skin will become better and better. In simple terms I can say; eat as much fruits and vegetables as you can, with a handful of nuts, and seeds daily. Throw all the processed junk foods out the door, they are killing your skin, AND health!

2. Sleep - We need sleep, but sleep is so easy to sacrifice when you're short on time. Most people say that they need more time, they don't have enough time to do things. Whatever you do, do not sacrifice sleep, we all need 6-8 hours per night depending on your uniqueness.

3. Exercise - Those who live long, and healthy lives move their bodies, and they move them a lot. If you think about exercise as something that is boring, you've just not found the right form of exercise yet. Try different things, who knows what you'll like!

4. Natural Skin Care - This is one of the most important anti aging health tips, and one that made a huge difference in my skin. Natural skin care means that you do not put harmful ingredients on your skin, and only by the purest, highest quality skin care products available. These kind of products are often less expensive than the ones that you're currently buying.

These anti aging health tips are so simple that you're going to laugh, but bear with me. If you apply these simple anti aging health tips, I promise you that you will look a lot younger.

I can say this confidently because I use these anti aging health tips and they've worked wonders for me. They are very simple, but they are a bit harder to apply.

You see, most people that ask me what I do to have good looking skin don't want to hear that I eat well, I exercise, and I only use natural products on my skin.

They want to hear that I take this magic pill which magically makes my skin look great. No one wants to put in the effort anymore to be healthy, and look good.

That is why so few truly look good, but it isn't as hard as they think. Getting started is the hard part, from there on it is a downhill ride. It's almost like pushing something over a hump, and once you're over that hump, you're in for one heck of a ride, and you'll have beautiful skin to boot!

Here are my 3 anti aging health tips that are proven effective:

1. Exercise - Get your body movin'! When you exercise, your blood gets pumped through your body, and skin. This will make your skin glow, and you will start looking several years younger. Find an exercise that you like, who knows what it can be, martial arts, hiking, dancing, whatever!

2. Sleep - Get at least 8 hours of sleep every night. Shut out all distractions so you can sleep soundly, buy earplugs if you have to! Many are sleep deprived in our society, because we are worked to death. We have to find time to relax, and enjoy life!

3. Natural Products - This is probably the most important of my anti aging health tips. Finding a good natural skin care product line is very important, because if you're using skin care products on your skin, there's a big chance that you're using ingredients that are harming your skin. Some of these can even cause cancer in the long run, not good!

With all that said, now it is up to you to start implementing these anti aging health tips. As I said, they are very simple, but once applied, you will start seeing gradual results, and they sure as heck beat going for a botox injection, or a chemical peel.

Gentle Exercise taken in moderation provides the body with many benefits, for instance it stimulates the blood flow helping to clear those blocked veins and arteries,it builds healthier muscles,and increased bone stability so helping to off set the effects of osteoporosis. If you want to help reduce the effects of aging you will benefit from a regular exercise program. Set moderate objectives, trying to over do things at first is not a good idea and will probably cause more harm than good.

There are several thing to consider in the battle against aging, but if you are concerned with your age and health, these tips will be a very important help in adding a few more years to your life.
