Anti aging health is a big question these days, not only do people want to look good, but they do not want the side-effects that come with traditional anti aging health practices like cosmetic surgery, and botox injections.

I completely agree with this myself, I almost tried a medical anti aging method years ago, but I changed my mind at the last minute, and decided to go a natural route instead.

Using only the best natural skincare products is one of the wisest choices you can make, because they have no side-effects, and they really nurture your skin.

The only downside is that they can sometimes take a bit longer to show results, so you will have to keep applying them a few weeks or even a few months to start seeing results, but once the results start, you will be happy that you did, this happened to me.

The thing that you really have to be on the lookout for are harmful ingredients, and these are present in almost all skincare products out there today, things like fragrances, dioxanes, and parabens can cause big problems down the road.

Collagen and elastin are two important skin proteins that are really crucial to get more of. You see, when we're younger, we have an abundance of collagen and elastin, but when we age we start getting less and less of them.

You cannot apply collagen and elastin topically, because your skin cannot absorb it, the protein molecules are too big. You also cannot take it as a supplement, because it has not been proven to be effective, so that would be a waste of money.
